Jedburgh in the heart of the borderlands between England and Scotland was attacked several times byt the English resulting in one of the most attractive ruined abbeys – a must for visitors in the area.
The Edinburgh Woollen Mill has a visitor centre at Jedburgh,just out of town. There is parking to the front and south side of the building for coaches and cars enabling easy access to the building and conservatory coffee shop which seats 125.
Opposite the building are premises housed on the former Jedburgh Railway Station, part of the North British Line.
